On our first day in Warrenton, Michelle (from vacation in Florida) got us in to see our first choice condo and set up everything to get our offer in. The offer was accepted and she walked us through the contract and all the way to closing with absolutely no problems that she did not take care of. Big difference between selling a house... and selling a large complicated property setup for equestrian activities and nature... with a house. I was really frustrated with the entire process when a neighbor recommended I ask Michelle for help. Michelle changed everything for the better! At our first meeting she made some optimistic seeming claims and then proceeded to do EXACTLY what she said she would do - starting with walking the entire property with me, asking the right questions, and taking notes.
